If you’re suffering from extreme fatigue after exercise, or you simply want to prevent it, you should adjust the style of workout you do. In general, the harder your workout, the more likely you are to suffer from extreme fatigue. The style of training you do matters as well.

So, I’m a teenage girl who is tired all the time. It started when I was about 12 but it gets worse all the time, and I’m now 14 and its slightly ridiculous. I go off into stares all the time. I had bloods done about 6months ago for enlarged lymph nodes but I was fine, and they also checked for vitiman d defiency and said I was fine. My mum thought it would be that because I have quite heavy periods but apparently it wasn’t. I’m getting quite sick of it now because nobody takes my seriously my parents just say go to bed earlier. I can sleep 11 and a half hours and still be knackered. I do do a lot of sports, I’m an endurance runner and I do PE 3 times a week, but none of my fellow runners seem to complaiin about being tired, I’m not overweight or anything, my eyesight is fine, I dont wear glasses. I act dopey and I can never concentrate. I also see like bright coloured eye floaters. I wake up fine i get more tired throughout day by about 1 half one I’m shattered. I want to go to the doctors but my parents don’t really see it as a issue because I don’t complain that often. Just looking for some advice, and an insight to what could be causing it. It could be nothing but I feel like the only teenager that’s always tired.
